I graduated from Eastern Washington University with his Masters of Social Work degree in 2019.  Since then, I earned my Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in the state of Washington. I have training in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), solution focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I take a collaborative, Christian-informed, solution-focused approach to create a person-centered treatment plan to help you on your journey to rekindle your hope & process traumas and negative core beliefs that are at the core of many mental health disorders. My preferred modality is EMDR - Though everyone's treatment plan is different.
